A short link that says where it goes

Why a custom ending

A random short link looks like spam; one that ends in /spring-sale or /book-a-table tells people what they will find, so more of them click and trust it. It is also easier to say in a podcast or to type from a poster.

How endings work

An ending has 3 to 50 letters, digits, - or _, and starts and ends with a letter or a digit. Its availability is checked as you type, whatever the case. Words reserved by the site, brand names of other companies and lookalikes are refused, so nobody can make a link that pretends to be someone else.

Free, with room to grow

A free account keeps 25 short links, 3 of them with a custom ending, and their clicks of the last 7 days. Pro keeps 1,000 links with unlimited custom endings and a year of statistics. The destination of every link can be changed later.

Tips & guides

A good ending

Short, lowercase, words separated by hyphens: /summer-menu reads better than /SummerMenu2026final.

Use the same ending on a poster and in a post: you can then compare which one brings more clicks.

Tip

Safe for the people who click

Destinations are checked when a link is created or changed: no other shortener, no IP address, no lookalike of a well-known brand, no page listed as dangerous.

Add a + at the end of any short link to see where it goes without opening it.
