Your contact details, in one scan

What a business card QR code does

It holds a vCard: your name, company, job title, phone numbers, email, website and address. Scanned with a phone camera, it opens the "add contact" screen with every field filled in. Nobody has to type your email address from a small card again.

Static vCard or dynamic contact page

A static vCard code holds your details itself and works forever, without an account. A dynamic one opens a contact page with an "Add to contacts" button: you can change your number or your job title later and every printed card stays up to date. It needs a free account.

Printed at the right size

On a card, keep the code at least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide, with a white margin around it, and high contrast between the code and the background. Download it as SVG or PDF for the printer: it stays sharp at any size.

How it works

How to make a QR code for a business card

  1. Fill in your details

Name, company, phone numbers, email, website and address: only what you want to share.

  2. Match your card

Choose the colours of your brand, add your logo in the centre, and keep a strong contrast.

  3. Download for print

SVG or PDF for the printer, PNG for an email signature or a digital card.

Tips & guides

Fewer fields, easier scan

Every field adds data to a static vCard and makes the code denser. Keep what people really need: name, phone, email, website.

To share more (several links, a photo, social profiles), use a dynamic code or a link-in-bio page and keep the card's code simple.

Tip

Your details stay yours

A static vCard code is made in your browser: your details are not sent to us.

A dynamic contact page is stored in your account and can be paused or deleted at any time.
